I am a bit frustrated. This software that I purchased in good faith seven months ago has suddenly stopped working. I have reached out for help with a ticket, emailed the company – and not a response to be found.
I did research here in the forum for this issue. Seems it has happened to too many. I copied over the backup files to a new folder, deleted the software folders, uninstalled the software itself. Redownloaded a fresh copy – and still, the program is not opening.
I would appreciate any and all advice – most especially from McGraphix. This is a serious issue – the records for my business cannot be accessed.

I had a same issue back in 2016. But i have moved on. I could not get any support and tried solving it myself, which turned out to be a disaster for me. Well i don’t need it anymore as i have moved on with other roles in other software industry.
